The EU Research Framework Programme is the world’s largest funding programme for research projects. The Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) is available for a term of seven years (2007-2013) with a budget of more than € 54 billion.
The ‘knowledge triangle’ – research, education and innovation – is a core factor in European efforts to meet the ambitious Lisbon goals. Numerous programmes, initiatives and support measures are carried out at EU level in support of knowledge. FP7 bundles all research-related EU initiatives together under a common roof playing a crucial role in reaching the goals of growth, competitiveness and employment.
The TargetAMD Project has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development, and demonstration under grant agreement no 305134.
